returns policy


If any goods we supply to you fail to meet the high standard of quality and workmanship you expect from us, please return them to this address.

Wrong Size : Our sizing guidelines are very accurate if followed correctly, however, if goods are ordered in the incorrect size, the cost of returning the goods must be met by the customer.  If an exchange is required, the goods must be returned in perfect condition,  then you can:

1) for UK only, return the goods with a cheque for £5.50 to cover the additional P&P for the replacement pair. Please enclose all your purchase details e.g.. a copy of the email receipt.

2) Overseas: please notify us by email:  returns@fitfit.co.uk and we will be in contact with details of the overseas P&P rates required.

Faulty goods : All goods are double checked on despatch, but in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, then you may return them to us at this address. The Cost of return postage will be met by the sender. This will be reimbursed should the company consider the fault to be valid and the receipt for the postage cost enclosed. Cost of postage of replacement goods will be met by the company.

Replacement goods or refunds will only be considered after a full inspection of the returned goods, and we are satisfied the goods have not been used or misused in anyway.
